Hey folks, Lauby here.  I just need to do a quick New Member Monday so we can all get back to SinSynn's latest post.  Also beacause I'm working on that previously mentioned surprise and because I'm ALSO working on my yearly IRL performance report at work.

Anyway, there's already a fair bit of good, polite discussion going on so far - so feel free to join in or jump in fists swinging.  Whatever your preference.  Overall, it's a tame post, but this is SinSynn we're talkin' 'bout.  Just keep it above the belt and don't try to drag anyone around by their eye sockets.
